Excel Linking a Help File to an Existing Spreadsheet

I would like to create a separate Excel file that could be opened by someone doing input in order for them to determine what should be entered in a particular cell as they are doing entry. I would like to make the help spreadsheet contain screenshots and other graphics. I'll be able to create the help file OK, but don't know how to to make cells in the existing spreadsheet link to a specific cell in the help spreadsheet. I'm between a beginner and an intermediate Excel user.

I would recommend using a cell on the input sheet to serve as a hyperlink to the help page (which I would suppose would be within the same workbook as your input sheets, although it wouldn't have to be). So, if your user is entering address data in cell B1, and you want them to be able to get more info about the entry of info in that cell, type HELP in a close-by cell (say C1), and then right click in that cell and you'll get a drop-down menu and you'll choose HYPERLINK (it's all the way at the bottom). From there, you'll get the hyperlink dialog box (which you may already be familiar with)and you can link that cell to your help worksheet. If you need more help with this, or if you don't think it will serve your needs, post again.
