Bulk link cells in Microsoft Excel 97

I have a user who wants to link bulk cells between 2 separate sheets in Excel (instead of having to link each cell spearately).

I'm no MS Excel expert so.
Does anyone know how to do it???

Your help would be much appreciated.

if the layout of the 2 worksheets are identical, you should be able to link the first cell then copy / paste all the others.

or is it not as simple as this ?!
