deleting links from excel

We have an excel speadsheet that has 2 xls worksheets attached to it. We need to know how to remove these linked worksheets. By going into edit-links, we can see the source files but don't know how to delete or unlink them.

There is a "Delete Links" addin that you can download from the Microsoft website. I've used it and it works great.

Could you post a URL to get to this thing? I looked on http://www.microsoft.com/office/excel and did a search for it but couldn't find it. I also checked the downloads for Add-Ins. Does this add in that you speak of work for Excel 97, or only 2000-XP?
