Linking

How can you link one worksheet to another without having to link each individual cell and have the exact same format as the source page (font, color, shading, $$, %, blank cells instead of 0, etc.).

Without knowing why you want to link two sheets together to have them be the same here is one simple way: You can right click on the sheet tab and select move or copy, create a copy, in current book. If you group the two tabs together by holding down the Ctrl key and clicking on the second sheet, then everything you type in the first one appears/changes in the second sheet. Hope this helps.
