Posted by Richard Graham on July 10, 2001 5:52 AM
We have just converted to Excel from 123 and in Lotus we had an option to save the highlighted range of cells to a csv file (ie to eliminate saving the headings) How do you do this in Excel ?

Copy your selected range and paste into a new

The 123 functionality that you described is
supported by ASAP Utilities
(see www.asap-utilites.com).
It's in the Export menu, and listed as...
"Export selection or active sheet as new file".
