excel formulas in microsoft access???

Is it possible to have very complex formulas like you have in Excel in a Microsoft Access database? Is there anywhere someone can recommend where I can learn more about formulas in Access?

Kevin --

You can inspect "Build Expression" feature. You can do computations by introducing "calculated fields" in your queries (assuming that you want to use the "visual query language" (a form of QBE) of Access. You can also look for a good book with lots of examples on (ANSI) SQL (which is also available in Access).
