Excel 4.0 Macro Reference

I have a spreadsheet that I use daily that contains 28 macros written in 4.0. They work just fine but I want to modify one of them and I am looking for a Reference on the commands and syntax for Excel 4.0 Macros and I can't seem to find anything.
Can anyone help?

Well I dont know of any good websites for excel except here. The majority of infomation that I use is the O'Reilly books. They are very in depth.

I have the complete Excel 4.0 help file available on my website. It should have all your answers.
