Counting Occurances of Numbers in Columns

Hi,

I have a sheet with 10 columns of numbers, spanning 600
rows. I need to know the number of times each
number occurs in a particular column.
Is there an easy way to do this?

Tim, I would suggest using a simple Pivot Table fo this, found under Data on the Menu bar.
