Changing a pivot tables datasource?
Posted by Jaeger on June 21, 2001 7:47 AM
Hi there,
I would like to change the datasource for a spreadsheet with several pivot tables.
Currently, the pivot tables are all pointing to the same physical path of a MS Access databsae.
I am aware of a macro developed by microsoft (avaliable on the knowledge base site) that allows for this type of change.
However, microsoft's solution is fairly user-unfriendly and assumes that the user knows the original path.
Anyone have a better solution?
--Thanks,

Try right-clicking on the pivot table and opening the wizard. Go back a few steps and you should be able to re-specify your data source.
