Weird!!! messages all messed up

The last couple of messages I have submitted / tried to help people with have come out losing half their content. am I doing something wrong (can't I paste from an excel cell maybe??) or does the great magician play with my messages??

Nope this board dont like excel being pasted, we all type in the text box and thats about it, its good enough and does the job!
Some HTML im sure. ,Its not just you, dont worry, why no one answered you is a mystery thou!
