Excel 2000 Pivot Table - dropdown lists

Posted by Paul on November 19, 2001 11:47 AM
I am now using Excel 2000. Can anyone tell me how to either select or deselect all in the ROW field dropdowns?

Thanks!

There isn't a drop down list for either the ROW
or COLUMN fields -- just the PAGE field. What
is it you're trying to "select or deselect"?

In Excel 2000, there are dropdowns on the ROW fields that allow you to hide unrequired row data. It's these lists that I want to be able to select all.

I stand corrected...

I forgot that Microsoft did that! They merely
changed the GUI, but didn't add any functionality.
There wasn't a method to Hide/Show all in Excel 97
either.
