Crashing Excell with Pivot Table Wizard

I hava the following problem.
The operating system is Windows 98 SE. Regional Settings are FYROM(MACEDONIA) with Macedonian keyboard support.
Excell goes done with fatal kernel registry exception when Pivot Table Report Wizard tries to read specified data! This not a single computer problem. The service packs are installed. What is the problem?
