Print specific rows only...

Is there a way to get Excel to set print parameters, depending what is in specific cells?

Any help would be appreciated.

Can you be more specific? Are you talking about values in specific cells determining whether it prints, or whether the cell is blank/not blank?

Sure.

I have a sheet where I want the print parameters to only include rows where something has been entered in the cells in them. The problem that I have is that through a large chunk of the worksheet, I have entered formulae or "Data Validation" parameters. Excel seems to default these items as cells that should be printed.

I want the form I am working on to only print as far down as the user has entered data in column A.

HOWEVER (here's where the curve comes) I need the second page to be the columns to the right of the first page, again, ONLY if something has been entered in cells in a certain column of the second page. Then page three would be back on the left side, underneath where page 1 had left off. Page four would be the columns to the right of page 3, again depending on what had been entered in the cells in one specific column. So on and so on down the worksheet.

Sorry about the book. I hope that's clear.
