I only want the header to appear on page 1, how do I get it off every page??

I can give you two ways of doing this (of course there could be many more). The first would be to include the Header on the sheet itself as part of the print range. The second would be to create two seperate print ranges; one for the first page and one for the remainder. Set the header on the first page. You could do a macro that would set the print ranges and headers, and then print so it would all be in one step.

...right click any one of your workbook's tabs and
choose "Select All Sheets" before you print.
