Page Numbers

Is there any way to put in page numbers that run consecutively through several worksheets in a workbook? In other words, I want to insert a footer that will show the page number in the workbook, so that the page number will not start again at page 1 on every worksheet. The first page number of each worksheet would be one after the last page number of the preceding worksheet.

You'll get this result if you Group your worksheets
prior to printing.

Pardon me for being a little thick-headed, but how do I Group my worksheets? Thanks for your help.

You can right-click on any one of your worksheet
tabs and choose "Select all sheets" from the popup
menu or you can mouse click on the left most
worksheet tab and then shift+click the right most
tab. See the Excel Help topics for...

"Select sheets in a workbook"

"Cancel a selection of multiple sheets"
