Excel Ranges - Print to PDF

Posted by Bruce Moore on January 25, 2002 6:35 AM

I have a multiple worksheet Excel document. I want to select multiple ranges from multiple worksheets and print to a PDF document. I want the macro to print all the ranges to one PDF file. Each range should be on its own page in the PDF file. I have tried using the plugins for Acrobat 4.0, but there is just no help that I have been able to find defining what each of the properties and options in the acrobat library does. Can you help me? If I can get a macro that will print one range and you can explain to me how to merge the subsequent ranges into the pdf file, that would be GREAT! I can easily select each range aftre the first range is ent to PDF and I know how to merge the subsequent rangers. Any help appreciated!

Bruce, I want to do the same thing. I'm looking at some info on a site I found. Maybe it will help you too:

They have some other articles about using VB with PDF's too. If I come up with a good procedure that does what we're trying to do, I'll post it.
