Cell won't print in color

Posted by Eric on October 08, 2001 5:46 PM
I am trying to print 2 or 3 cells on a worksheet in
color, something I have done many times before, but
for some reason, this time they print in black. This
is on a spreadsheet I did not create, I am just
modifying it. Any ideas on what is causing this?

Are you out of color ink?

Check the paper size required. Our printer allows color on 11" paper but not on 14" paper. Legal sized printouts are black or various shades of grey (depending on the color).
