Printing

Posted by Richard Jones on February 06, 2001 2:58 AM
Is it possible for printing output to be maximised for visibility.

I cant seem to get the best out of excel when it comes to printing.

The main problem is that the work is too small for the sheet - and the only way to make it bigger is to change the font size which can then sometimes mess up other formatting.

Is there a better way of printing - or a way i can learn advanced tricks in this area...Thanks

Richie

response: Go to file>page setup>adjust to change the percentage and it will print larger.

thats kind of great... the only problem is if the sheet just fits on wide enough but has plenty of space at the bottom.

adjusting the percentage affects both setting so can send info. off the page.

any other help - greatly appreciated

Richard
