auto exec macros

How do you create these specifically assigned to a particular file? Eg On opening a file the macro executes hides the default menus & insert the custome one (not floating!). If I then want open another file, this macro does not execute.

You can write the code in Sub auto_open and sub auto_close in excel workbook and remember write this code in module otherwise it will not work.

there you can write code like command bar visible is true or false.
