Stop excel from checking for a Macro

Is there anyway to have a workbook open without displaying the message (This workbook contains macros...etc.). I have workbooks that I create for people and I dont want their systems to check for the macros. I obviously cant change the options on all of their computers to do this, but is there any way to have the workbook automatically do this?
