Macro to adjust template

I am working on about 20 workbooks. all the work books
are the same in terms of structure (Template that gets filled with
data by different people). i would like a macro, so when i make changes
to one template, the rest of them get updated with the same change automatically.
this is a hard task for me, i can not figure it out.

Hi Rayn
How about right clicking on one of the sheet tabs and selecting select all, now make your changes then rightclick sheet tab again and selsct ungroup sheets.
