Turn AutoSave on or off in Macro

Does anyone know how to turn AutoSave with a macro?
I did find that "Application.Run Range("Autosave.XLA!mcs02.OnTime")" will display a single step text box with user inputs. What I need, is to have it automated and set to save every 10 minutes.

Hi Mike

Sorry to ask why the code its custom so you set on off and time, cant see the gain of VBA to do this, but your code above is about wright, but if i recall the time is default 10 mins so you should be there.
