Macro Question

How do I get a macro to pause, enter data & then continue? For example, say I want to go to A50, enter a name (which will be a different name every time I run the macro) & then go to another cell & repeat, etc.? What would the code be? Any and all help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Look at the timer function in VBA help, it works.
