remove unwanted macros

I am trying to remove unwanted macros from a file.
I cannot delete them from the Macro Menu; the "Delete" button is not highlited...
Where are those macros? How can I get rid of them?

There is something called ASAP-utilities that you can probably use for this task. It's a free download. Do a search to find the URL with google, a search engine.
