How can I make a macro run whenever a certain cell's contents change?

Thanks Tom,

But I'm afraid they didn't have exactly what I was looking for. I guess what I need is an automatic macro that is run without a button or such. I have a worksheet with a drop down list. I choose a name and several cells change (from vlookup formulas). I also have a filtered list that needs to be updated automatically whenever another person is chosen from the list.
