Auto enable and auto end macros.

Subject:macro named auto_open.

Result1: the enable or disable window opens.
Problem1. I would like the have macro to always bypass this.

Then when enabled is selected:

Result2: It then opens opens a file "open" dialog window.
Problem2: When cancel is selected the macro end or debug window opens. I would like to automatically have end selected as a result of cancel being selected.

This will help eliminate a couple of steps for the end users.
