Flickering of sheets during save...Please help me..

Hi,

I have an excel workbook which contains 8 sheets. THe
data in each row spreads through all the sheets.

Now while saving the data into a text file, I am reading
the data on row by row basis.

But while doing like this, workbook seems to be going
nuts, flickering a lot, as it jumps through all the sheets
to get a single data row.

Could you please help me, how can I fix this problem?
