Macro to Import file daily

I need to import data from a standard format Excel file daily into the same workbook with the data being copied and pasted on to a different worksheet (same format)for each day. I would like to set up a single macro to achieve this. - HELP!!

One question please
How is your new daily worksheet named, i.e. does it have a date suffix to represent that day (eg Report 12-12-01)?
