Disallowing Copy/Paste in Excel

I created a workbook that requires data capture with data validation in each applicable cell. I am finding that users are bypassing the data validation by simply copying and pasting the data from another cell. Is there a way to "shutoff" the copy/paste properties of certain cells or a workbook in general?
