SumIF Problem

Hi: Anyone tell me why this formula returns a blank cell?

=SUMPRODUCT(('ET Database'!A2:A25='Emp Turnover'!B3)*('ET Database'!E2:E25='Emp Turnover'!G3)*('ET Database'!F2:F25="x"),'ET Database'!F2:F25)

I copied the formula from this web-site and posted it.

Database, Col A are months, such as Nov
Col E are Unit Codes such as 3400
Col F means a count of 1.

Thanks
