POsting a screen shot in a thread

I am having a problem with Excel and would like to post a thread with a screen shot of my issue. The problem is how do I post a creen shot???

Got the screen shot saved as a bimap file but don't know how to drop it into my thread.

A bit of guidance would be appreciated :)
