Hi there !
I have not found the solution for this yet - so thanks for those who have an idea to answer :)

I have a pivot table which summarize suppliers & their amounts
This works great but I want to show only the top 10 suppliers AND  keeping all the others in a group called "Others" for instance...
Another problem is quite similar but I want just to retain the suppliers which counted for 90% of the total amount & the remaining as "Others"

Is anybody having an clue on how to do that in the pivot table ?
Note : actually I work around this problem by using formulas in the worksheet against the main pivot table...

Thanks Marc for your reply (y) - that's ± what I've done as work around.

To be more detailled, the problem is that the table supplier/amount is the result of the pivot and not the DB  . In the database, I have a large number of single amounts reffereing to several purchase orders of several misc. items from all the suppliers. The total is then summarized by supplier in the Pivot table.
Therefore, I can't apply the formulas proposed directly in the DB...
And that why I was looking for a solution "inside" the pivot table

Do you understand the issue ?
