:( I use microsoft excel version 2002 on windows xp. I really would love to know how to clear cells but not clear the formulas. I have just started learning to use excel and would be thankful for your help. I use this spreadsheet over and over agian and I have to put the formulas back in every time I clear a cell. There has to be a better way. Please Help.

Re: clearing data but not formulas

Pappyd, Thanks for your help. I just discovered that the sheet I am using is in excel 97 format. What I want to do is to just clear the numbers in the cells and leave the formats alone. Do you have any further advice?
