Is it possible to do this:? I have a smaller Data Entry workbook and a larger Calculation workbook. The Data Entry is about 10 rows and columns. The Calculation workbook is 4000 rows and 30 columns.

Small workbook

Date(A1) Total(E1) C560(F1)
11-09-05 1.0 1.0

Large workbook:

Date(A1) Total(G1) C560(Z1)

On the large workbook can Excel:

-Look at the date on the first row from the small workbook.
-Compare that date to the ones in the large workbook. If it is different,
then transfer the data (including the date in question) from the small to
the large workbook (i.e. from Small E1 to Large G1) on the next available
blank row.
-If the date on the first line of the small workbook is the same as one in the large workbook, then move to the next row in the small workbook and do the same comparison.

I am trying to get a small data entry page that will transfer data to a large data page based on the date. I will be erasing the data in the small workbook after each use and need Excel to retain the information it just transfered in the large workbook

Is any of this possible? Thank You very much to whomever tackles this one!!
