I am creating several word documents in which I am pulling information with a paste special paste link using the unformatted unicode text. Each time it is updated after I close the documents the formatting in the document to which I am pasting is all jacked up. Is there a way to control that formatting no matter how long or short the length of the paste?

Shade all formula cells
To shade all formula cells: Home, Find & Select, Formulas to select all formulas. Then apply a light fill color.
I am really stuck with this problem. If you have any ideas at all please post them. I've tried a million things and none work. I just want the formatting in word to be the same every time it pulls from excel. The information that I type in will constantly change and then I will print the word files. If anyone has any ideas or even where I can look for an answer plese post. thankss!!

The reason you aren't getting any replies is this is not an MS-Word forum.

Search web for those types of forums.
