NFL Confidence Pool

What is a confidence pool? Is it like an "Elimination Pool" (or "Survivor Pool")?

Each player in the pool picks the winner of every game and then ranks that game by there confidence in the outcome. For example, if there are 16 games, your most confident pick will receive 16 pts and then the next 15 pts until the least confident which will be assigned 1 pt. Each correct pick receives the points assigned. The winner for the week is the person who gets the highest score.

Did you check out some of the free sites that do them? Yahoo does one. In reading the rules, it looks like you can use the "Confidence Points".
