Hi,

I 've been looking into the forums archives but couldnt find a thread suited to my problem which is as follows:

I have a column Date and another called Score and have a simple pivot Table with Date in the row area and Score in the data..

Now I everyday I have the previous dates and the scrore info on a sheet but I ADD newer dates and corresponding scores in the correspodning columns.

When I try to refresh my Pivot table but it does not show the new date or score at all... only has info upto the date when I actually created the pivot table

Any suggestions on how to include the new info are very appreciated.

THanks
b

Excel Facts

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
Hi Buffalo,

I posted some code here that might help you. Or you can try out the solution that Aladin posted which involves defining a dynamic range as your PT source.
