 How do you enter Excel formulas?

In Learn Excel from Mr Excel, on page 179, there is a topic about Three Methods of Entering Formulas. My theory is that if you've been using spreadsheets since the days of Lotus 1-2-3, you might favor the keyboard-based methods of entering formulas.

Here are a couple of polls to determine your favorite method of entering formulas.


Which method do you use most often when entering a formula such as =B3*C3 in cell E3?
Using the keyboard, type =B3*C3
Type an equals sign, touch B3 with the mouse, type a *, touch C3 with the mouse
Type equals sign, left arrow twice, type *, left arrow once.
