How to attach an excel file?

Hi. Can someone please advise me how do one attach an excel file in Mr Excel.

Hi,
We don't allow attachments but there are tools listed in the posting guidelines or, if your question does really require a sample file, you can put it on a hosting site like Skydrive, Dropbox etc and put a link in your question.

You can upload your workbook to Box Net,
sensitive data changed
mark the workbook for sharing
and provide us with a link to your workbook.
