How to get an answer from mr excel

I have emailed Mr. Excel 4 times now and I just the message that they will contact me within 48 hours but they never do. Can anyone help me?

I am using Podcast 1505 & 1808 and need to create an Inventory Register to track the items on the Invoice.

All I need to Track the Date, Stock no, and the Quanity.

If there is a charge for this please let me know before hand.
