Problems inserting image with IE11

I click in the icon Insert Image paste the link and it doesn't work

I logon in Box.com pick the image and use the icon Share

I get this link to the image

Right-click on the image, pick Properties and I can see this URL
https://app.box.com/representation/file_version_23391465937/image_2048_jpg/1.jpg

In the forum reply page I pick Insert Image and paste the URL above

Can ypu see the image?
