Hey folks,

I got an automated email from the boards here that someone (not me) tried to log in to my account and failed. I make strong passwords for each site I use, so I don't see the need to change it, but wanted to ask if anyone felt I should do anything about this.

MrExcel logged the IP address, and it appears to be from somewhere in China. I guess I am not that surprised.

Thanks everyone!

I don't think there's much you can do besides use strong passwords and let us know if something like this happens, both of which you have done. Thanks.

Please do report the IP address to us. If we get a lot from a single IP address, we may be able to block it.
