That wasn't the impression I got from reading that:
Once installed you will notice a new menu called ‘MrExcelHTML’. This appears in the worksheet menu bar for Excel versions 2003 and earlier, or within the ‘Add-Ins’ tab in Excel 2007 and more recent versions.
Here is my experience with Jeanie and Excel 2013: it will install, but not at the “official” add-in folder. Move the .xla file there. To know where to copy it, go to Developer/Add-Ins/Search, the dialog box will show the path. In my case it is:
C:\Users\Eddie\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\AddIns
When you close and reopen Excel, the Add-in tab will be gone.
To make it reappear, go to that dialog box, select the .xla file and click Open. It is boring to do this all the time, maybe we should email the Jeanie guy at his site.
