Best Way to Copy and Paste data from Excel to a Post and Vice Versa?

I'm using Excel 2010.

For example, I copied this table from excel and pasted right into this post:

	Col A	Col B	Col C
Row 1	1	2	3
Row 2	4	5	6
Row 3	7	8	9

It doesn't easily copy from the post back to Excel.

Or for example, I build this table in the post:

	Col A	Col B	Col C
Row 1	1	2	3
Row 2	4	5	6
Row 3	7	8	9

It copies from the post into Excel but the top left cell is missing.

What's the best way to do this? Attachements?

HTML Maker like DRSteele suggested, unfortunately does not post into this “About the Board” Sub Forum, so I cannot demonstrate it here, but it will Post into most other Sub Forums at Mr Excel and is the “Standard “ most used.

If you really do need to attach a file then there are various File sharing sites discussed in some of those threads above.... this one seems to be used by a lot of regulars: Box Net,
