how to attach a document for the forum?

You can't directly. You need to use a file sharing site and post the link - box.com seems quite popular

How can I a document send as attachment?
Thank you

remotho,

1. What version of Excel, and, Windows are you using?

2. Are you using a PC or a Mac?

The following is a free site:

You can upload your workbook to (the BLUE link-->) Box Net ,
sensitive data changed
mark the workbook for sharing
and provide us with a link to your workbook.

Welcome to the Board!

If you follow the HTML Maker link in my sig you'll be able to post screen shots that can be copied to Excel.

Uploading to a file sharing site is fine as well, just note that you limit your potential audience because many members can't/won't download untrusted files.

Hello Smitty,
Thank you very much in advance for your answer, i cann't find the HTML Maker link
Could you please check if the Link in my other post question it's work: "How to define a search funktion and use on four table?http://www.mrexcel.com/forum/excel-questions/889551-how-define-search-funktion-use-four-table.html"
Other question: it's possible to send the excel file per email to the moderators?
Thank you
Regards

its in Smittys signature footer as Mr. Excel HTML Maker - Post a shot of your sheet click there to follow

Other question: it's possible to send the excel file per email to the moderators?

Please don't, as we already do a whole lot of work behind the scenes keeping everything running. And taking a question off the forum means you immediately limit your audience.

remotho,

To start off, and, so that we can get it right on the first try:

Can you post a screenshot of the actual raw data worksheet?

And, can you post a screenshot of the worksheet results (manually formatted by you) that you are looking for?

To post a small screen shot (NOT a graphic, or, picture, or, PNG file, or, flat text) try the following:

Click on the below link to see How to display your sheet, and, how to install, download, and, use the MrExcel HTML Maker:
