What's posted in the link you referenced is actually an image which you post with IMG tags ([ img ] link to photo sharing site [ /url ] - no spaces). Unfortunately, they're all but useless since they can't be copied.

The attachments link is the way to go, as those will let you post screen shots that can actually be copied into Excel so people don't need to recreate your example. I use the MrExcel HTML Maker (see the link in my sig), and it works great.
