how to insert table on the post? or change color of font?

I am relatively new to this forum.
I have some knowledge on coding and want to help others and need some guidance on how to insert table and changing font color.
I have checked sticky and could not find information.


can someone guide me on where I can find instruction on how to insert table and change font color?

The tool bar menu in the Editor has all the normal Windows icons for bold, italics, underlining, color font, and shading.
