What's the simplest way to share data/functions on Mac with numbers?

I am trying to get my new machine situated to share data properly with you wonderful persons.
Am on a Mac.
Previously I had something set up with numbers to share properly but I cannot remember the name.
Please advise for ease of use and set up.

The forum tools add-in works on a Mac (as indicated above). I'm not sure about the others to be honest.
