Excel add in for Faviourts and Folders

Is there any add ins where i can add my links (Weblinks, Application shortcuts and Folders) if you have please advise.

I am not asking for Customised ribbon.

What are you trying to do exactly? Can't you keep a folder on your desktop with these things?
