Trying to convert hundredths of an hour to minutes format

I am working with a budget spreadsheet that has the time given listed as hundredths of an hour. Ex: 45 minutes is shown as .75. I have to convert this time to minutes before giving the budget hours to employees. I have a printed conversion guide, but this is extremely time consuming. Is anyone aware of a formula to use that will convert the hundredths of an hour to a minute format. I have spent hours trying to figure this out. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand

Welcome to the Board.

Just divide the decimal time by 24 and format as [hh]:mm:ss.

Welcome to the board! Multiply by 60 to turn .75 into 45.

If you need further help, post the exact data you have, and the exact format you would like to see.

Andrew Poulsom and yee388, thank you both for the welcome and the help. I am working on budgets now and will let you know how this turns out for me. I figured it was probably something simple (at least this sounds simple) and I was looking for a more complicated solution to my issue. Thanks again.
